Online retail is a sector that continues to grow.  In many cases, even individual retailers who trade out of a single location can no longer afford to be without a complementary online store, allowing them to remain open for their customers 24 hours a day.

We advise on the basic aspects that are of particular relevance for businesses with an e-commerce presence that are subject to German commercial and taxation regulations, and we analyse selected issues relating to electronic payment transactions from the perspective of tax and commercial requirements that apply.
